Adriane Alfonso, President of Esthetic Dental Designs started working as a model tech in 1998. He was first introduced to the trade at age 15. When he was 18 he moved to the mainland and came across opportunities to advance his skills as a technician by working for labs in NV and CA. In 2005, he was ready to come back home to Hawaii and managed all operations of a family run laboratory.

We produce monolithic and layered zirconia restorations in-house. With our 5-axis mills and open architecture capabilities, we are able to pick and choose the best materials on the current market and provide restorations that meet strength requirements and aesthetic demands.

With the only 3D Printer in Hawaii that meets industry standards, we are able to provide highly accurate models, surgical guides, and provisionals from your digital intraoral image. The EDEN 260VS Dental Advantage from Stratasys prints at an amazing accuracy of 16 microns.
