Who We Are - All Cities Private Security Services is a California Corporation licensed by the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Collections and Investigative Services, and the Los Angeles Police Commission as a Patrol Agency. All Cities Private Security Services was founded in 2000 by its current president, Ahmed Moujahid.
