Prices seemed highly inflated for Holiday season. $75 to send two packages to Ohio standard service is double what was expected. Since I just sent a similar package to Nashville for $9 same service from a FedEx location elsewhere

I paid $50 to pack and ship a picture frame with a sentimental photo inside. It arrived with the frame broken. I had the recipient send a photo of the broken frame, and I went to speak to Shipping Post. The first time, she said she had to talk to the owner but would call me. I never heard from her, so I went back. This occurred 3 times. Each time she said she had called me and/or emailed me, but I received nothing and did not have any evidence of missed connections from anyone else. The final time I went, she said that I should just have the person who received the gift repair it. She also
