AWFUL!! Made an appointment back in Aug for them to come and satisfy warranty work. Today they never showed or called. I am furious!! I lost a day's pay waiting on them as well as several months to finish other projects dependent on this one.

Had them install French doors and hurricane windows in our house. They worked fast and clean and did a great job. Installers were friendly and accommodating and couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Do not use this company! I cannot stress that enough. My experience with them has been one headache after another. Almost one year later after this roughly $26,000 job, I am left with a unfinished work, two mis-installed sliding glass doors, and a cracked kitchen granite counter. The lead installer was not present for most of the job. A dysfunctional brand new front door was installed so I could not open my front door for 6 weeks! My windows were not installed to inspection code, so they had to be completely torn out and reinstalled in order to pass inspection. While removing the kitchen windows
