I can not speak on the quality of their work but I can attest to their customer service and so far it has been unprofessional. On Tuesday I called and spoke with brianna, we discussed engraving 24 pieces. She sent me an initial email saying she would get me a quote instantly, I replied with my logo. It's now Friday and I have not heard from her. I guess I'll have to find another company.

We had 12 prototypes brought to Phoenix Custom Lasering to etch logos and text on hard anodized aluminum. The end result did not reflect the proofs nor the quality agreed upon. The lack of professionalism in responses and to correct the problem led us to seek other vendors.

Never in my life did I expect to an experience at a laser place could be so amazing. If you ever need anything made custom, look no further. My sons urn needed to be engraved and I was nervous because I wanted it to be perfect. Thank God I found this place. They did exactly what I wanted and my sons urn looks beautiful. More beautiful than I could have even hoped for.
