Dr. Julian Alivia was born and raised in the Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Santa Cruz and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the renowned University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the nation. He is a standing member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, ADA, CDA, and the Contra Costa County Dental Society.

Sudi Z. Moavenian, a Board Certified Periodontist, has been providing advanced periodontal care and dental implant therapy to patients and doctors since 1994. She completed her dental education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska (1990) following a doctorate degree in dental medicine in 1985.

Ariana Duarte has been a receptionist for 4 years and is responsible for our front desk scheduling. She is motivated, charismatic and is the first smiling face you will see when you come into our office. In her free time she loves to be outdoors and is currently learning how to sew and embroider. Crystal Wilson has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004. After 10 years of working in the back office she transitioned to the front office and was eventually promoted to office manager. She is currently the office manager at Concord Advanced Dentistry and is well informed on all dental terminology and technology.

Jessica Bales is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in dentistry for 8 years. She has a profound knowledge of general dentistry and also assists our in-house periodontist. Her attention to detail stands out and she is passionate about making sure her patients receive the best care possible and the results that they want.
