Charles M. Elsea
Report
Charles graduated from Concordia University Chicago in 2006, magna cum laude, with a double major in history and political science. In 2009, he earned his juris doctorate from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, and he was admitted to practice law in Ohio the same year. While at Ohio State, Charles served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.
Jefferson M. Kiser
Report
Jeff is an associate attorney in Stebelton Snider's transactional department. He focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, business planning, and associated litigation. His practice ranges from handling real estate contracts, landlord-tenant issues, and property disputes to assisting clients plan for the future by drafting wills and trusts, and advising clients on how to avoid the probate process.
Morgan M. Lyles

Morgan received her bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2010 and juris doctor from Capital University Law School in 2013. Morgan began as a law clerk at Stebelton Snider in 2012, and transitioned to an associate role after passing the Ohio bar exam in 2013.

Morgan previously worked as Deputy Legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Agriculture, representing the Department in matters pertaining to amusement ride safety and fairs, weights and measures, auctioneers, pesticide and fertilizer, hemp, agricultural commodity programs, food safety, and animal health.
