Over years of projects (including the virtual reality motion simulator shown here), the brothers realized that obtaining custom fabricated metal parts was far more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be. Laser Metal Cutting

Our 8 and 10 kW lasers can punch through steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 1 thick, with remarkable cut quality and minimal burr. In thick metals especially, cut quality depends significantly on heat buildup. Our machines help keep thick material cool by applying water cooling during the cut, and pierce splash-out is mitigated by spraying the material with a small amount of oil during the pierce.

OSH Cut offers deburring and edge rolling services to improve surface and edge quality, remove burrs, and eliminate expensive manual operations like grinding. Deburring and edge rolling takes the raw laser-cut part edge, removes any burr with a wide belt sander, and rolls the part edges using rotating brushes to hit the part at all angles.

In a bending process, radius, k-factor, and part geometry are limited by your shop's tooling and material.
