Powder Coating
Our powder coating service provides durable, high-quality finishes for metal components. Using electrostatic application and thermal curing, we apply 200+ color and texture options to parts up to 20'x5'x6'. Automated lines ensure consistent coverage for both large and small production runs while meeting agricultural, aerospace, and automotive industry standards.
Abrasive Blast Finishing
This media blasting process removes rust, scale, and coatings from metal surfaces. Using steel shot, aluminum oxide, and glass bead media in walk-in chambers, we prepare parts up to 4,500 lbs for subsequent finishing operations. Two blast rooms and three cabinet systems handle various component sizes while maintaining surface preparation specifications.
Vibratory Finishing
Our vibratory finishing systems deburr, radius, and polish metal parts using round bowls and rectangular machines totaling 226 cubic feet capacity. Specialized media and automated processes achieve precise surface finishes for batch operations. Partnering with Almco and Wisconsin Porcelain ensures access to advanced finishing materials and techniques.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
This high-frequency cleaning process removes microscopic contaminants using cavitation bubbles in aqueous solutions. Came here for a delivery, i showed up at 230pm and when i knocked on the door some guy basically told me they stop working at 2 and slammed the door in my face. My company informed me that they were notified I would arrive at 3. I am staying the night here in town to deliver this load tomorrow morning when I could have been home with my family. None of this is a big deal except for the overly rude employee. I really didn't need to put up with this losers attitude regardless of his situation, I'm just trying to do my job. He didn't even tell me what time to come back, who to call, or anything.

I have sent several items to KVF to have blasted and powder coated. 1 thing for instant was a patio table and chairs done 3 years ago. They have with stood the rain and snow here in Illinois. I have been very please with the results. I would highly recommend them for all your painting needs.

Very poor customer service. Received my powder coated bumper damaged. They tried to blame me for it as they thought it was in their warehouse too long. Do not recommend.
