I bake & design homemade custom cakes and cupcakes from my home in Huntington Beach, California. Having a dislike for store-bought cakes, I wanted to bring "homemade" back into birthdays and began baking for corporate birthdays starting with my office. In 2016 I stumbled across For Goodness Cakes, a nonprofit out of Santa Monica who matches volunteer bakers and foster youth and young adults to deliver homemade birthday and graduation cakes. Now we're talkin!

Finally, an easy & crazy delicious Tres Leches recipe that doesn't dirty half the bowls in my kitchen! This simple sponge recipe is my adaption of Cook's Country's version and drinks up the three-milk mixture like a champ. The difference between using a vanilla cake for Tres Leches and using a sponge, well, is a soaked cake vs a soggy cake.

Deliveries are based on location from zip 92647, with a min delivery charge of $25. Deliveries local to me (HB, FV, WM) are $25. Wedding or multi-tiered cakes may have an additional setup fee depending on the design complexity. Delivery is based on schedule availability. Multi-tiered cakes require delivery as I will need to set these up at the venue; delivery/setup fees would be included in your free quote.
