I have my water softener system since I moved to this house in 2000 . We did have some maintenance services , by the same company that did the initial installation, however new ownership. This time we called them back to fix some water leakage. The technician told us that we need to change the cylinder and others things. Certainly the price was more than we expected for a water leakage. I decided to have another estimate and contacted dreamland water. The owner promptly came the same day, showed us where the leakage was coming from, told us the water quality was fine and no need to change the cylinder

I don't write review much but this is an exception! One word, OUTSTANDING in every category! With my new home purchase and busy work week. Our schedule did not work out well. Therefore, James, the owner came out on a SUNDAY to fix me up with a water system. James did everything he could to make his customer happy and I'm very happy with my new system and now my family and I will be using clean water from here on. As for the pricing, Dreamland Water is very affordable vs Dupree water which they almost tricked me into paying almost triple of what Dreamland Water charged me. James was up front with

I would like to thank Mr. James (Owner and installer) as well as his young assistant for installing the softener system for my entire home as well as this RO system (picture) to further purify my tap water. Highly, strongly recommend Dreamland Water. Great service! James communicates, explains well to you what he's going to do. We have whole-house filtration set up by him. He set up the system well and keep the are clean/no mess after the work. He explains to you how the system work and how to maintain it. I am happy with service/equipment he installed.
