My sister in law was overcharged for a report that most places charge less than half for. We are searching for a family dog and in desperation, we just went with the person with solid reviews, but turns out we should have called around more. To others looking for private investigators, do more research and find someone who is not only trustworthy but also will be fair about pricing to not take advantage of your situation.

I was desperate to find the address of the person who stole my dog, and I called Mark because of the solid reviews. Mark said if he runs a report and if the address is different from the address that I know, then he will charge $350 for the report that he runs. After running the report, he told me that he has an address that is more recent than what I have, and I paid to get the report. The address was a dead end, which wasnt Marks fault, but when I started calling 10 plus PI agencies about what I can do about this, all of them were first shocked about the pricing that I paid for the report

He is very caring about clients and not about money at all. I had dinner with him only to realize he paid for all our meals on his behalf during our consultation. I don't know anybody else that does that.
