As soon as you know you might be late for an appointment give us a buzz at 214-548-4335. The sooner we know the better we can accommodate you. If you are running 5 minutes late, chances are you should be fine and able to still get your service completed. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late, depending on the service, you may need to cancel and reschedule.
