The most overused and misunderstood expression, is High End. To many, this simply means expensive. For some, it is a hobby of playing with widgets. While we certainly think it is wonderful that an owner has pride in ownership, it is more important to us that the system faithfully plays music.

We don't think anyone dreams about having a home theater system. We do know that there are people who want the complete experience from the movie. A long time ago, there were plenty of very large screens in every city. There were also a lot of piano players who provided the music for these films called silent movies.
Consignment

Audible Elegance West is now accepting used equipment for consignment. We sell used equipment by various means including at the store and the internet. Our online reputation is second to none and we often sell items in the international market for susbstantially more money. Buyers also tend to spend more for equipmpent from an established Audio Equipment dealer than a private seller.

The guys here are fantastic. Five years ago, I bought a nice system from them. I know little about stereo equipment and they were great to work with as they walked me though the options in my budget. The system sounds wonderful. This week, the amp wouldn't start so I took it in for repair. They took care of me right away at no charge. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm looking for quality audio gear.

I've purchased many items from Audible over the years. They really care about their customer and their needs and don't just try to sell you the top of the line equipment. They have a really good showroom and demo policy and will work with you to get the right value for pieces that work in your environment. They also work with you on custom theater design. They don't build it but will work with contractors to make sure your audio experience is top notch. They are a high end dealer, so prepare for a really great sound experience and quality gear.

I am in the market for a new integrated amp in the $3500 or below range. I selected two dealers that carry very good stuff and began the audition process.
The Good: First of all, they carry some good stuff. Totem, Naim, Rega, Martin Logan, Rogue Audio and more. Secondly, they are nice guys, and generally helpful.
The bad: I was told both in person and in an email that I could home audition the Rogue Audio Sphinx ($1495) by having a credit card on file and that no charges would be incurred unless I purchased the unit. I did not ask for this, it was offered to me. I would be able to audition the

Awesome customer service at Audible Elegance! Brought in my Golden Ear sub for a repair and they had it back and running great within a week! Also Golden Ear paid for the repair even though it was 3 years out of warranty! Audible Elegance is a valuable asset for anyone in the market for quality home audio equipment.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only high-end audio store you'll need in the greater Cincy area. They will spend plenty of time with you and will not pressure you into anything. Many years ago they actually talked me out of a system because my room was not set up for it. They didn't want me to waste my money. I like that! Their low end stuff is the high end stuff you'll find at Best Buy, etc. and they are competitively priced. Even if you're not sure that you want the higher end stuff they are great to talk to. Just let them know what you want. They might just

We bought some high end speakers for one room that still has analog equipment and had a Sonos system installed to cover the entire house. Roger, Mark and Shane all were extremely helpful and responsive in working out the bugs in the transition from analog to digital music. We love the new system and highly recommend Audible elegance!

My audiovisual equipment was very outdated. Roger was extremely helpful in recommending the "right" equipment for my needs. The new equipment works with my WiFi system and all of my Apple devices. Installation (including the equipment and updating the universal remote) was performed quickly and professionally.

When I was looking to replace / upgrade my stereo, I wandered into Audible Elegance. It changed my expectations out of what I wanted out of my system. This is high end audiophile gear, but the sound is so good and worth the pricing. I was looking for entry level premium components. After a month of listening, I finaly selected the perfect set up. Mark and his team were patient as I made my selections. I was able to listen to different speakers and amps again and again. It's good to find an independent store that focuses on quality equipment and excellent service.
