Due to the intimate nature of our bistro, we are offering a limited number of reservations as well as walk-in seating on a first come, first served basis for indoor and outdoor patio seating. We are dedicated to sourcing from local, independent farms and ranches as well as artisan producers from near and far. Our beverage program reflects our love for German and Austrian wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails. Our culinary team, lead by Dusseldorf native Chef Henry Gutkin, creates a seasonally focused menu made up of modern interpretations of traditional German and Austrian cuisine.

Otto's has curated and participated in some of the most memorable events in the Texas Hill Country. From a show-stopping "Snout-to-Tail" dinner in a century old barn to exclusive wine dinners showcasing world renown wine producers. We also enjoy participating in community centered events like the Fredericksburg Farmer's Market and Hill Country Memorial's bi-annual Gala Luncheon.
