What a follow through, After having what we thought was going to be No flowers delivered for our funeral, Amber had followed through and delivered a great product for the remainder of the funeral. There was a mixup on the date and we were able to get the floral arrangements in time for the open house memorial. Even though there was a mixup they pulled it together and delivered a beautiful floral arrangement. Thank you for making this right.

It was my first experience having to shop for flowers for a funeral, so I decided to give Reeds Floral my business. I ordered a customized funeral spray for my stepson. He was a Dallas Cowboys fan, so I showed them a picture of what I wanted and had even sent the picture via text to the person who took my order in the shop. I was greatly disappointed as they did not follow through with what we discussed. We had agreed to have some flowers spray painted a navy blue to match the football team colors and incorporate the same type of flowers as in the picture I provided. Instead, I got mainly baby

This is the cutest little flower shop! The owner and staff are so kind and are so happy to create gorgeous arrangements for customers and they treat you like a friend when you are in there. Every time I have stopped in to pick up an arrangement or have something custom made, they’ve always gone way above and beyond to make everything spectacular! They definitely have talent and I will take my orders to them every single time!

I am extremely happy that I chose Reed Floral Design in Roy, Utah when I ordered my Mother's Day Floral Design to be delivered to her home prior to the Mother's Day Weekend. I had requested special colors for the "tulips" my Mother favors. The young lady who took my call (I regretfully forget her name) and order was so sweet & kind and even delivered the floral arrangement herself to my Mother's home which is in a gated community. She even snapped a photo of the floral arrangement and sent it to my smartphone. I was more than impressed and overwhelmed at how beautiful the floral design was and

This Mom & Pops Florist shop is so caring they will make any arrangement you want & give it that little something special to the person you are getting it for. For my grandfather’s funeral he wanted pink & red roses. He was a country boy & they were able to make it manly & country at the same time, so we got everything we wanted. Thanks Reeds Floral!

Friendly, considerate, patient and hard working. That's how I describe the service we received at this floral shop. We were procrastinators and forgot to order the boutineer for prom... Kristy was patient and friendly even with the high flow of traffic coming in and out. The other arrangements we saw in the cases we absolutely beautiful! Definitely a great place to get floral arrangements on your special days!

Thanks to my sister who resides in Utah that researched and found this floral shop after I'd miserably failed to find a decent floral shop in Utah to make some orders (feel free to read the other reviews I'd posted on the other 2 horrible floral shops I found and had the "most pleasure" dealing with)
I believe his name (the owner) was David / Daniel / Dave, something like that, I can't exactly recall. I had called him after reviewing the website and after being on the phone with the other incompetent floral company. The owner showed a lot of sincerity

I went here to get mothers day flowers for my wife, in an effort to support local business, instead of using a place like proflowers.com. Seemed like a nice place. The older lady manning the counter, who seemed like the owner, was very pleasant. I ordered a dozen gerbera daisies in a vase arrangement for a pickup on Saturday, the day before mothers day. I specifically asked the lady if, like previous experiences at other florists, the flowers were going to be missing petals and looking in poor shape. She assured me no, fresh flowers were being picked up the day before I was to pick up my order
