Havoc is a Charter Fishing Boat in Virginia Beach, VA that offers Private fishing charters and Cruises in and around the Chesapeake Bay. From I-64, take Northampton Blvd (exit 282) toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. From Northampton, take US-60/Shore Drive east, toward the beaches (turn Right onto Shore Drive). You will go over the Lynnhaven Inlet on the Lesner Bridge. Turn right onto W. Great Neck Road. Long Bay Pointe is about mile on the right before you go over another bridge.

Meet our captain, Brandon Baldwin. Captain Brandon has been spending time on the water in the Virginia/Chesapeake Bay area his entire life. He has always had a passion for fishing and boating and has been running boats for about 8 years. Brandon earned his OUPV license, then chose to upgrade to his Master's license along with several other endorsements.

Up to 6 guests are welcome aboard to make yourselves at home, with the plush cabin boasting air-conditioning and heating for all weather conditions. Take advantage of the comfortable seating including a couch and lounge chairs, while enjoying the TV or listening to the radio.

If you need to cancel a trip, the deposit your group used to book the trip is refundable up to 7 days before the trip date. Cancellations within a week will result in a non-refundable deposit. Havoc is fully equipped with all USCG-Compliant floatation devices. However, if your child is younger than 5 years old they must have one before they board the boat.
