Ensure that the inspector you hire provides you with 100% effort and communicates with you throughout the inspection.

We strongly encourage our clients to attend the home inspection. This may be the last time you're in the house before the final walk through prior to closing. See and learn as much as possible. Bring a notebook. We encourage our clients to take notes, even though everything I mention during the home inspection will be in your report.
