Welinsky Dental Care is a family dental practice located in the heart of Towson, MD. Led by second generation dentist Dr. Kevin Welinsky, our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy, comfortable and beautiful smile with personalized dental care. We welcome patients and families from Towson and many surrounding communities to our office, conveniently located off of E. Joppa Rd, close to the Baltimore Beltway.
Dr. Kevin Welinsky, DDS is a Baltimore native and attended The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Born and raised in Towson, MD Dr. Welinsky provides personalized oral health care to all of his patients. Took my 7 year old son there for fillings. Dr. Welinsky was amazing. Thanks to his outgoing and friendly personality, he was able to keep my son so calm and relaxed that he didn't need to be sedated.

Rachael graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. She prides herself on her excellent, and thorough work with her patients, while also putting patient comfort above all. She lives right in the heart of Towson, and is excited to be working with fellow members of her community.
