45 min introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be given to those completely new to the art in a private or semi private setting. Please email, call or come in to schedule. Come in and try any of our regularly scheduled sessions. If you have experience with jiu-jitsu please drop in, call or contact us below for your trial class!
