Prairie Mental Health Services offers unique, community based psychiatric and mental health services to the residents of West Central Missouri. Prairie Mental Health Services is locally owned by Bruce Fletcher, RN, APRN, BSc, BSN, MN, PMHNP-BC, a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

The first, collaborative relationships between the patient and the mental health provider produce the best clinical outcomes; and the second, the wide panorama of human suffering does not yield easily to simple solutions.
