Please note that custom-built and gaming PCs require a non-refundable $50 diagnostic fee, due at time of drop-off. Laptop computers are a very similar in function to desktop computers but can have problems specific to laptops. Issues include cracked screens, broken DC jacks, missing or broken keys on the keyboard, and bad batteries.
