Services
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services produce complex, high-precision components using multi-axis lathes and mills. Capable of handling materials from 3" through-spindle to 10" chucking, we deliver tight tolerances for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. With state-of-the-art HAAS and VF series machines, we ensure accuracy within 0.0001" for critical manufacturing needs.
Screw Machine Parts
High-volume production of precision screw machine parts using ACME and Davenport equipment. We manufacture components from 0.093" to 2.75" in diameter with threading, milling, and back-working capabilities. Our 20+ screw machines ensure efficient production of complex geometries for automotive, electronics, and fluid power industries.
Precision Grinding
Blanchard and centerless grinding services for flatness and roundness tolerances. Our 36" Blanchard grinder handles large surface areas while maintaining 0.0005" flatness specifications. Centerless grinding capabilities ensure precise diameter control for shafts, pins, and cylindrical components across multiple production runs.
Prototyping
From concept to production validation, our prototyping services utilize CNC equipment for quick-turn, accurate part development. We support design verification through functional testing, enabling cost-effective iterations before full-scale manufacturing. Prototypes maintain the same quality standards as production runs with full inspection documentation.
Assembly Services
Integrated assembly and packaging solutions for complete product readiness. Our capabilities include kitting, component integration, and custom packaging with barcoding options. This service reduces supply chain complexity by delivering ready-to-ship products directly to customers' locations.
