In general, what we mean by laser skin resurfacing is that we use a CO2 laser that puts microscopic size openings into your skin. This encourages your skin to repair itself. This repair process allows new cells to form in these holes and allows new collagen synthesis in the deep part of the holes. Laser Hair removal is a safe and effective method for removing unwanted hair. The way the laser works: The light passes to the hair follicle and heats up the area where the hair is formed. This light heats the follicle and damages it. This stops the hair growth from that follicle indefinitely. It takes multiple treatments because our hair grows in cycles.

We treat small superficial Veins with a Long Pulse Yag 1064nm Laser. This laser has a super cooled tip that cools the skin to minimize discomfort during the very quick procedure. The Pictures on this site are examples of the veins we treat with this laser. Once treated the vein cannot come back. When you get this laser treatment we will discuss some ways to prevent other parts of your legs from developing more of these superficial veins.
