Carter Hair Design was established in 1971 when Fran and Lois Carter purchased it's downtown location. Since then, the salon and it's appreciation for hair has been passed down for three generations, picking up transcending techniques and trends along the way. As a courtesy to our guests and our commissioned stylists, please notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients with late cancellations and no-shows will be required to prepay a non refundable 20% deposit of that service in order to schedule any future appointments.
