A one star is way to much. Poor service. The doctor wants to do blood work and no one calls you..you have to do everything including contacting your insurance when they don’t cover a medicine to see what they will cover. I’m not a doctor nor do I work at the doctors office. I have never delt with such poor service where you and the insurance are supposed to figure out what you can take. What are the doctors requirements anymore except collecting a pay and not caring for patients!! I will be changing doctors!

Insensative, to ones injury and time. I have an ear infection and really bad hip, and a tore neck mule I believe. I had to schedule out past a week to see them. Finally I go for a long waited appointment, gathered my insurance information group number member id payor number all of it. and they want me to rescedule because I don't have the actual card. Though I wrote down all the information and could fax or email them my card as soon as I get home, I could even call the company. My login info for United healthcare and everything was in my work laptop. Long story ahort, I still am suffering from

I have been a patient of Dr. Burns for many years and he is a great doctor. I moved out of town and started seeing other doctors in the town I moved. Not long I was driving back to Dr burns and have been. Unfortunately he no longer takes appointment. Up until he left the office I had never seen anyone but him. My1st to see was Marshall and he was okay seen a few times. Then pandemic hit so my next appointment was on the computer. Next time computer again Marshall was no longer in the office. So I seen Atkins he seemed to be okay. Then today I had a appointment in the office with Mister Atkins I

Truly a horrible experience for a new patient. I arrived at the time of my appointment card with my paperwork already completed (downloaded from their website). They made me reschedule. I returned 2 weeks later at the time of my appointment (they have had paperwork for 2 weeks) and was told I had to reschedule AGAIN....and that the dr had already left for the day.! If they are going to turn you away at the time of your appointment - they should make the appointment time earlier! I would hate to be really sick and hope to get any help at all from this clinic. The customer service girls were rude

I've been going to Dr. Burns office for years, first seeing him personally then moved to Marshall which both were very helpful and very professional. My husband started seeing Atkins up until today, never in my life have I ever been asked to leave and told that all I have to say is negative and he's tired of hearing it. Very unprofessional on Atkins, poor excuse for a PA,

When I started seeing Dr. Adkins he was like a breath of fresh air after going through hell and actually made me feel like he cared about helping me and he did. One day I went in for a visit and Dr. Adkins was like a completely different person and was putting words in my mouth and accusing me of something I didn't do. However his staff returns your calls weeks later, even after leaving many messages. Sometimes they juat don't return your calls at all. Very poor service. Then today with out being talked to or anything out of the blue I get a certified letter stating that do to so many missed appointments

The doctor is great. The problem is the staff. Just ignore them as much as you can because they don't like to be bothered. And good luck they never answering the phone. I usually have to go over there to make an appointment. Many times I have called and it will go to the answering service saying they are closed on a weekday at 10 am. And no it was not a holiday. Oh and never bother them when they are on a lunch break. You will be lucky if they just ignore you.

Dr. Burns is a great doctor; he has been in business a long time and is very experienced. He also is very caring towards his customers. PA Marshall is an up and comer, but he has always been understanding with me well and tried his best to cure all the ailments I have had. On the other hand, the staff is slow, lazy, and incompetent. You would only be able to discover this though, if you get a hold of them. The majority of the time, you will be playing phone tag, trying to schedule an appointment because the receptionists do not like to answer phone calls, they only like to respond to voicemail
