ARZ Machining is a contract CNC machine shop located 20 miles north of Milwaukee in Grafton, Wisconsin specializing in high precision CNC milling and CNC turning. Our services include low volume production, high volume production and prototype machining. ARZ Machining was founded in 1991 as a family owned CNC job shop in Grafton, Wisconsin. In 2007 two long-time employees took over ownership and worked tirelessly to transform ARZ Machining into what it is today. The transformation started with an upgrade to the CAD/CAM software and replacing aging machinery with modern, more efficient equipment to increase overall quality of work.

Our facility at ARZ Machining houses technically advanced CNC turning centers capable of many standard and specialty machining processes. We produce low volume to high volume production as well as prototype machining. We have the ability to work with the following material in our turning operations: Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Titanium, Delrin, Acetal, HDPE, Nylon, PVC, PEEK, Acrylic, ABS, and many others.

Featuring the latest CNC milling technology, ARZ Machining's facility house offers state-of-the art options for manufacturing high precision components. We're equipped to produce low to high volume production as well as prototype machining. All of our operations are centered around our commitment to lean manufacturing and superior quality.
CNC Production Sawing

Our CNC sawing department at ARZ Machining has a size range up to 10-'' for round stock, up to 10-" x 10-" for rectangular stock, and up to 10-" for square stock. From small quality prototypes to large quantity production, our CNC saw is equipped with one axis and can cut material with tolerances up to +/- 0.010.
Laser Engraving

Our Epilog Fibermark 30 is a 30 watt fiber laser engraver capable of engraving part numbers, bar codes, logos, and more on steel, stainless steel, tool, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and some select plastics as well. It has a maximum work envelope of 12" x 24" x 5" with a resolution up to 1200 dpi.
