The people are great! They take time to work with you on anything. They also have Spanish speakers if needed. The credit union has a family oriented feel, something you dont get at a bank.

Ive been coming to Members Trust my entire life. My parents first started banking there when I was little and now Im an account holder. Anytime I call, I always get an answer right away. Neida, Sharda, and Richard are always helping and get things done literally in less than 5 minutes. They know me by name and also ask about my extended family members BY NAME (My large family also bank here too. Many there have seen me grow up from elementary school-college degree-my Career-now marriageso its nice to get there and they ask about my life. It shows they care about you as a person too
