TotalAV Kept Billing In Spite of Cancellation
Last summer I decided to try TotalAV to see if it suited my purposes. the price was offered at $19CDN. Within days, I decided that the software was not for me and I cancelled the subscription. The web site clearly states that a full refund is given within 30 days of first trying the product. I removed all traces from any device I tried it on. I just discovered that I have been billed every month for $8.99 per month, way more than $19 for the first year. When I wrote to them to ask for a full refund, They tried to keep me by offering deeper discounts

First class VNP, quick and does the job but it does have a tenancy too self disconnect from time too time and I have too switch it back on but overall its pretty good.
