I use True Blue on a semi-annual service contract for all of my rental properties and they have been fantastic. Pricing is more than fair and quality of work is top notch. More than anything, you can actually trust what they will tell you which has been the biggest challengted I've faced over the past 10+ years working with other AC companies.
