Founded in 1960, Tri City Glass & Door was operated out of Richard and Shirley Bender's home for 16 years, and provided the Fox Valley with the first complete mobile auto glass service in the area. The move allowed Tri City Glass & Door to add residential window, glass, mirrors and acrylics, as well as commercial glazing and glass products to its service offerings.
The expanded services lead to physical additions in 1978 and 1984 to the Northland Ave location. In 1986, Tri City Glass & Door added a second location and opened its Green Bay store at 318 N. Military Avenue. With two locations offering similar services in Green Bay, Tri City combined the two stores into one new, larger location at 1811 E. Mason Street to better serve our Green Bay customers.
