Emergency Service guarantees the exclusive, non-stop use of the nearest available vehicle. Regular Service provides a pickup as soon as possible with delivery typically within four hours. Economy Service has the delivery completed by 5pm, when the order is called in and ready by 11am. Service not available on weekends, holidays, or for distances exceeding 49 miles.

We agree to pay Baron Messenger Service, Inc ("Baron") upon receipt of invoice. A $30 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, Baron will automatically charge the credit card on file.
If Baron must engage the services of a collection agency or attorney to collect unpaid amounts, the Client will be responsible to pay reasonable collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, plus the rate of 1.5% interest per month on the unpaid balance.This contract and associated transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
