About Our Hotel

Will O' The Wisp has been a long standing tradition for vacationers at Deep Creek Lake. Our prestige condominiums are full of history of the Deep Creek area and have seen many changes over the years. Deep Creek Lake was built by Pennsylvania Electric Company and was officially opened in 1925. Early vacationers, Gustav and Alice Heise permanently moved to the area in the 1940's with their children, Helmuth "Ace" and Doris.
