This class moves at a slower pace than a Vinyasa Flow class and will help you build a good foundation in basic yoga postures. Links the movements that "flow" with the breath. This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio vascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat.
Private Sessions

Private sessions are a great way to meet your individual needs for body-mind health, strength, relaxation and stress management. Sessions can take place in my studio or in your space. If you're new to yoga, have a physical condition that needs special attention, or you would just like to have a specialized consultation regarding your personal practice, I highly recommend private sessions.
Private Group Classes

Do you want to practice with your friends, co-workers and family? Now you can. Conveniently located in Roanoke County near Bonsack, come enjoy the privacy of my sacred space. Cost is $50 for one person or $60 for 2-4 person groups. Private weekday and weekend classes can accommodate up to 10 at a studio located in NW Roanoke conveniently at Town Square.
