In 1993, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Frustrated by the side effects of some of the pain medications, I started to research other ways of managing pain naturally. It was then that I found hypnosis and in particular, self-hypnosis. After three months of working on my pain, I became pain free. To this day, I have not had a recurrence of any Fibromyalgia symptoms.
