Roofing

Our roofing services include complete replacements, repairs, and storm damage restoration using premium materials like asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems. We install ice and water shields, drip edges, and conduct thorough inspections to ensure code compliance. Serving Columbus and Central Ohio since 2008, we offer free estimates and prioritize long-term protection against weather elements while enhancing property value through professional installations.

Siding

We provide vinyl siding installation and repair services featuring durable, colorfast panels in multiple styles and dimensions. Our process includes moisture barrier installation with DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap to improve energy efficiency while preventing water intrusion. With options for 4-inch, 5-inch, and 6-inch double Dutch siding, we help homeowners achieve low-maintenance exteriors that resist weather damage and maintain aesthetic appeal through precise color matching and professional installation techniques.

Gutters

Our seamless gutter installations feature 5-inch and 6-inch systems with screw-in brackets for superior durability compared to traditional spike-and-nail methods. We offer custom on-site fabrication for perfect fitment and include gutter guards to prevent debris accumulation. Proper water diversion protects foundations, landscaping, and exterior surfaces while maintaining roof integrity through one-day installations that minimize disruption to homeowners in Reynoldsburg and surrounding areas.

Windows

We install energy-efficient windows from trusted brands like Pella, Anderson, and Simonton that improve thermal performance and curb appeal. Our double-hung and casement window options provide enhanced security, easier maintenance, and UV protection to prevent interior fading. As a locally owned company with 20+ years of experience, we focus on proper installation techniques that maximize energy savings while offering personalized consultations for style and functionality choices.

Exterior Painting

Our exterior painting process begins with thorough surface preparation including pressure washing, trim replacement, and caulk sealing. We use high-quality paints and primers to ensure long-lasting finishes that withstand Ohio's climate. The service includes detailed application techniques and complete cleanup, transforming home appearances while protecting surfaces from weather-related deterioration through professional-grade materials and meticulous craftsmanship.

A windstorm caused damage to my roof. Mark worked with my insurance company on my behalf to help with the settlement. His team was able to remove 2 layers of shingles and replace my roof in one day. It looks great. Highly recommend Mark and Superior Home Improvement.

Superior Home painted my house, garage and trim. They were professional, timely and efficient. Along with the house and trim they fixed some cracks on my garage and fixed some dry rotted wood. Last minute while on the job I asked about a gutter and that was added and updated at the same time and they did not have to return for that project.
