I called Mold Solutions to request help with the mold spores in the bathroom. Amanda listened to my problem very patiently and right away, over the phone, offered help. Later, Amanda has sent me links for the products she recommended over the phone. I was surprised in a very good way there was no upselling nor trying to charge me for anything. Amanda offered kindness, knowledge, integrity and professionalism. Thank you!

Jonathon was knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time and advised on what to do with the mold in our attic. He helped us understand the cause and was able to point out things that our previous inspector had missed. We would definitely recommend using Jonathon and Seattle Mold Solutions.

My house windows had black spots look exactly like modes thus I called Mold Solution for both inspections and mold remove; Amando came and carefully inspected all of my 3 floors house windows and told me those black spots are not molds at all. They did not even charge me a penny! They also patiently advised how to control room moistures to avoid molds growing in the future. Their professional skills and honesty impressed me and I would strongly recommend this company to my friends.

Valina handled my mold issue in 2019 with impeccable consideration and care. Hopefully I won't need a service like this again, but I know exactly who to go to if I do. Absolutely would recommend her services to anyone seeking mold remediation.
