Last year I had a saddle pulmonary embolism that nearly killed me. My hematologist told me that It was very important to lose weight. Ive always struggled with my weight and tried everything. The wellness group that I was participating in was not a great fit and I had seen ads in social media for an open house so I figured why not check things out. Well, five months and some success later, Im sticking with Heather. At some point I will be changing over to her as my pcp as my long time pcp is getting ready to retire. UPDATE! 10 months ago I walked through the doors of Innovative Wellness and Weight Loss and met Heather for the first time. In my original review I wrote .. Heather gets it. And, she does! I have successfully and healthfully lost 50 pounds with Heathers help and encouragement. She is the most caring, understanding person I have ever met, and she made me feel comfortable all through the weight loss journey. It is not an easy topic to discuss or endeavor to undertake.
