We're certain our homes will live above and beyond your expectations, but from time to time, your home may need some minor maintenance. The one-year warranty is a builder surety and backs the builder's warranty on workmanship and materials. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty by the builder or the warranty company.
