Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through personalized treatment plans. We address acute and chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and movement impairments using manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education. Our goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries while empowering patients to take control of their health.
Pelvic Health PT
Pelvic health physical therapy targets conditions affecting the pelvic floor, hips, and lower back. We treat urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and pregnancy-related issues through specialized manual techniques, core strengthening, and functional training. Our approach emphasizes non-surgical solutions to improve bladder control, sexual function, and overall pelvic health for long-term wellness.
Sports-Specific Training
Sports-specific training combines rehabilitation with performance enhancement for athletes recovering from injuries. We focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence through sport-tailored exercises that mimic athletic movements. This service helps athletes return to competition safely while reducing re-injury risks through biomechanical analysis and progressive training programs.
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into trigger points to relieve muscle tension and pain. This technique targets myofascial pain syndromes, improving circulation and promoting healing in affected tissues. We use dry needling alongside other therapies to address chronic pain, muscle spasms, and movement restrictions for faster recovery and improved mobility.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Blood flow restriction training uses controlled pressure cuffs during low-intensity exercise to stimulate muscle growth and strength. This method benefits post-surgical patients or those with movement limitations by achieving strength gains with lighter loads. We apply BFR to accelerate recovery, prevent muscle atrophy, and enhance rehabilitation outcomes safely.

BODY WORX has done amazing things for my overall performance, pain, and injury prevention. I had been having lower back pain for years and everything else I tried never got to the root cause of my problems. The pain was starting to affect my everyday life, sleep, and my CrossFit workouts. I started seeing Jodi a little over a year ago and have been consistently pain free since seeing her. She immediately found the root cause of my lower back pain, began treating it, and provided me with proper homework in order to continue healing it and prevent further injury. Because of our team effort, I have

It's pretty much guaranteed that if you do what she says, you will see changes. I have at least 10-15 PT friends in town and they would all recommend her!

I had been bouncing around between a chiropractor and massage therapist before coming to Jodi. She quickly assessed my shoulder problem, relieved my immediate issue with needling and came up with a plan to move forward. I recommend Jodi to everyone! She is so knowledgeable and really cares about treating you for the long haul!

I've worked with Jodi off and on for about 6 years. I had been essentially paralyzed by a nerve issue and was in a wheelchair barely able to hold my own head up when we started. We've conquered many milestones together...learning to sit up and roll over in bed, standing, walking, and we continue to work on strength and quicker/more coordinated movement. I had almost all physical activity taken from me by a disease, and I can now enjoy most of my hobbies and time with my family. She's been through a lot with us (investing countless hours into research and working with me), and I am constantly grateful

I had mid to lower back pain for years. After I started doing CrossFit it only got worse. Jodi told me she thought she could help me. The first time I went in I got relief I hadn't had in years. She used several different techniques on me, but the dry needling was a game changer for me. She also gave me exercises to improve my technique and mobility. She took her time with me and was extremely professional. I highly recommend her services!
