U.S. Nursing is the premier provider of job action services in the US. We are often notified of pending job actions, and immediately begin to recruit a team of highly-qualified nurses. Opportunities are updated often, so check back frequently for updates. Hold a CURRENT and ACTIVE Georgia, Maryland (Accepting any state license for MD ONLY), Virginia, and Washington D.C or Compact RN License.

New applicant must be a first-time applicant in our database, and must spell your name (the referrer) correctly on their application. New applicant MUST complete the strike in order for you to receive a bonus. Hold a CURRENT and ACTIVE California License or National Certification, if applicable (see above).

This program is based on specific nursing specialties only - see list of qualified specialties before applying. U.S. Nursing periodically offers licensing programs to help nurses become licensed in certain states. Our programs help nurses, both financially and in saving time, to receive their state license.

If U.S. Nursing is actively preparing for a job action, a recruiter will call, text, or email you with details. Once a notice is received, U.S. Nursing will text and email all current candidates on the grid with an update. You will need to carry a copy of your complete file with you to every assignment.
Onsite Text Communication

In an effort to make onsite communication more reliable, U.S. Nursing has transitioned to text messaging for onsite communication at future strikes. This will include, but not be limited to: Bus & Shuttle Times, Last Minute Updates, Operational Information, etc. To ensure you are opted in to receive these onsite communications, please text the word "START" to (800) 726-8773.
Standard File Requirements

Below are U.S. Nursing's standard file requirements. Please note - these may be adjusted based on a facility's specific requirements. Nurses who arrive on site with all documents completed will finish the induction process quicker than those who do not complete their paperwork ahead of time. Skills checklists are completed via the Prophecy System.
