No Moss
Amazing aesthetic results are not the only reason to have your roof cleaned. The dark stains typically seen on the north face of roofs are a cyanobacteria that retains moisture, allowing moss, lichen, mold and fungus to grow and flourish. This bacteria feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles.

Moss and lichen break down the granular surface, which is designed to protect asphalt shingles, shortening the service life of your roof. We are fully licensed, insured and carry worker's compensation to protect you as the homeowner.

Report
We use biodegradable water-based chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime and sanitize the surface being treated. Our unique process utilizes the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Controls and Prevention (CDC) recommended sanitizing process. Additionally, our companies have received a certification specific to the current need.
Softwashing
Report
Softwashing is the alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals. They emulsify dirt and grime, they break down bug nests and webs as well as kill mold, mildew, algae and bacteria, sanitizing the surface we are cleaning. Soft-washing uses only one-third the water pressure washing, lasts 4-6 times longer and doesn't erode the surface, like pressure washing often can.
Testimonials
Report
We recently had No Moss softwash our roof that had lots of moss as well as all of our hardscaping and driveway. We are very happy with the results! It made a HUGE difference! Definitely recommend Chris and his crew. Chris and his team did an excellent job of treating our roof. It looks leaps and bounds better than before and the moss is gone!

Report
It is easy to see on most homes while the growth is in the process; there are dark black streaks, particularly on the north-facing roof, though once the algae has fully taken over it is sometimes hard to tell. The black stains are caused by a cyanobacteria frequently referred to as algae (Gloeocapsa Magma) that feeds on organic material (Typically crushed lime stone) now used in composition roof shingles.
