Johnson Physical Therapy has been serving Southwest Colorado and surrounding communities since 2002. We are a privately owned outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy clinic. Owners Najib Johnson PT MTC and Julie Carpenter OTR both have over 25 years of experience. We have worked directly with the physicians, surgeons and other health care providers in our area since 1996.

We have over 3,000 square feet of treatment area with state of the art equipment to meet the needs of each patient. I came to Johnson Physical Therapy following a total shoulder replacement surgery. Thanks to the knowledge and care I have been receiving from the staff at Johnson PT, I am well on my way to my goal and even "ahead of the curve".
