At Eternity Coffee Roasters we start our process by selecting green coffee through an intensive evaluation process at our family owned farms and coffee mill. We then meticulously sample roast and through trial, error and years of experience we discover the perfect roast profile for each coffee that we offer.
This is all done from our state of the art roastery and coffee house in downtown Miami where we started roasting in 2011. Eternity Coffee Roasters is Currently looking for experienced Baristas for our state of the art espresso and pour-over bar. We use a La Marzocco GB5, 3 group semi automatic espresso Machine and a La Marzocco Swift Grinder. Familiarity with our equipment is preferred, but at least experience pulling shots, calibrating grind setting, ability to texturize milk to a nice shiney, glossy finish and proficiency with Latte art.
