Called tonight to try and schedule a spray tan. The girl who answered did not know what solution they have for the versa, not sure how that is possible. She asked the owner and returned to the phone. I then asked if they do double spray and even provided the code for their versa with the solution they use. The manager came on the phone and seemed confused as well and had zero knowledge of their products and equipment or how to use them. Versa does amazing training and it's unfortunate that this establishment fell through the cracks. She then proceeded to cry about personal issues. The most bizarre
