The coffee is so delicious! Staff is always upbeat and friendly. Coffee by the bag prices are on the higher end but it's local and high quality. Pen Rd location has a drive thru and is mildly busy inside most mornings.

I was excited when I read the description of the organic drip. I ordered a small and my husband a medium. I'm so sad to report that the coffee is so so so bitter (yes 3 so's). It's completely burnt. I literally went to the restroom to dump my coffee down the drain. Now with that being said, the chai latte with coconut milk is delicious, the matcha lattes with oat milk are also delicious. I ordered a vanilla latte after I dumped my drip and it was also really good but as the drink cooled down I could taste the bitterness of the espresso. I ended up dumping it with about 1/3 left.

Put in an online order. Got there. Finally got to the front of the line. They didn't have the order. Finally 30 minutes after my pickup time, they "found" my order and started making it. I've now been here waiting for 45 minutes. Awful service. It can't be that hard.

UPDATE: FROM 4 STARS TO 2
Service absolutely sucks now. You either wait in the Drive-Thru forever even if you are the only person in line or if you go into the store the staff completely ignores you until they serve you and then they forget you ever existed and ignore the next customer. Time to go somewhere else. The coffee is amazing absolutely no doubt. The 4-stars is based on atmosphere. I feel like they could do so much more with outdoor space to make it user-friendly and the service could be a bit better...

Nice location, friendly staff, and a cute shop where you can buy everything you need to make your own coffee. Ordered a black coffee and I think it was interpreted as the darkest roast you have. Unfortunately it tasted beyond dark roasted to just burnt and just undrinkable. Maybe try a medium roast or add milk and sugar.
