Raulan received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio in 1997. His undergraduate degree was in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1994. Raulan was in the first class to receive Postural Restoration Certification in 2004. His practice has centered around PRI principles and treatment since 2000.
