Can I book with a card?
Yes, book online or by phone using a card. Present the card and matching ID at check-in.
Will we have the room to ourselves?
Private bookings are available at no extra charge for all rooms except Slime Lab.
What is the minimum group size?
Minimums range from 2-4 people depending on the room. Contact us for exceptions.
Are there age requirements?
All ages welcome. Players under 14 need a paid guardian aged 16+ in the room.
Can we get a refund?
No refunds, but rescheduling within 24 hours is allowed. All sales are final.
Are the rooms ADA compliant?
Yes, all escape rooms meet ADA accessibility standards.

My wife, my son and I tried 1 of the rooms and my wife expectations were very low since it was our first time in a escape room but she said it was worth it. We had fun and it was very interesting to resolve all the puzzles together

Tasha was so sweet and welcoming. We loved every moment of our experience and will definitely be back! Our nephews, 8 and 9 years old, were ready to move to the next room as soon as we finished. Loved having the private escape room and being able to challenge ourselves. Great spot!

The room itself was clean and well taken care of. 3 stars for the facilities. The staff left a lot to be desired. We've done many escape rooms and this one left us completely stumped with no explanation from our game master after asking multiple times. We felt shuffled through. For $35/person we expected more.

So fun story on this one... Decided to possibly do an escape room with the fiance and the kids. My fiance calls in and speaks with a representative who tells us we need to reserve a room, and he needs a CC # to do it. I'm driving the car, and I hear her ask, "This is just to hold a spot, right? I can pay when I get there?" The rep verifies this is the case, and we proceed to give him the info he needs for a reservation. Now here is the fun part... He tells us AFTER charging our card, the room is $140. Firstly, you don't charge someone without telling them what they are paying. Secondly, I have

My first escape room experience, although others in our group had done one before. Loved the thorough instructions, the clues provided when we asked, and a fantastic time. I will be back to try another room.

Staff is super friendly and rooms are very fun. Some rooms require a minimum of 4 people but if you ask to have a smaller group they will let you. This worked out perfectly for me and my wife when we wanted to try the other options after we got past the Inventor's Workshop.

Super fun and a great first time escape room experience. Staff was very helpful and it was nice to have an intro video before we got started. They also watched us throughout and seemed to know when we needed a clue. Also, I was happy to know that it wasn't a completely locked room for those that are either claustrophobic or just wanted a bathroom break.
