Chris is a professional and extremely knowledgeable technician. He repaired our gas heater stove so it operated better than when it was new! We had just had it worked on by a different company and it worked 2 times before the same problem occurred. Chris had it working in minutes but made improvements until he was satisfied with the way it operated. I can't say enough good things about his technical skills or the friendly, helpful folks in the office. I'll never have anyone else work on my stove! Thank you "All About Chimneys" for the great service.

I have a heavy heart and struggled when deciding to post this update. That's what reviews are for though, right? I'm a huge advocate of giving kudos where they are deserved but on the flip side, I cannot turn a blind eye when deceit and/or unfavorable actions may take advantage of other's lack of knowledge or awareness. I have recently heard a couple of stories from a few sources that confirmed my recent experience with this company that solidified my decision to seek out a second opinion. Without going into unnecessary detail and slandering this company, I'll just say simply

They have been to my place twice over the past few years. Once to clean out the pellet stove. Always pleasant and protect your floors and furniture. The taught me about "clinkers,"

After a long winter without a wood stove, due to house fire, and remodel, these guys were the best. A beautiful, efficient kuma stove warms our home perfectly. Buy local, shop local.
