Set up an appointment with Scott to have our basement looked at. We drove in from out of town to be there. Person did not show, after waiting 20 minutes, I called and was told by Scott that he had forgotten to pass our information on. Scott did apologize and offered for them to be there in a half hour. But we canceled, they just lost potential business.
